- Douglass:
Archives of American Public Address - From Northwestern
University - intended to serve general scholarship and courses in
American rhetorical history.
- Gifts
of Speech: Womens Speeches from Around the World - Index of speeches
by contemporary women from around the world. Currently contains several
hundreds of speeches of about 70 women ranging from: Andrea Dworkin to Ruth
Bader Ginsberg, Queen Elizabeth to Rigoberta Menchu, and Janet Reno to Phyllis
Schlafly.
- Great American Speeches: From Booker T. Washington (1895) to Elie Wiesel
(1999), this site features great political orations of the past century for
students of speech and American History. Speech Archives contains a timeline
of 20th-century events and the texts of over 90 speeches, some with background
and audio or video. Some parts require Real Player or Shockwave.
- Great
Speeches: History Channel - Contains more than 120 Real Audio speeches
ranging from those by heads of state to baseball players.)

of the State Addresses - Full-text of most of the most recent State of the
State addresses given by individual governors. Each speech gives the reader a
snapshot of the issues and problems peculiar to that state. Along with each
address, is a picture of the current state governor. Produced by the National
Governors Association.

Speech Archives - From the University of California at Berkeley sound
file records at various lectures and events at UCB. Speeches and lectures by
