Welcome to Thomas Nelson Community College of Hampton, Virginia. Congratulations on deciding to continue your academic experience at TNCC. On behalf of the faculty, staff, and administration it is my pleasure to say "Welcome", and to wish you a very successful and exciting semester.
The Office of Student Development provides academic advising, personal/social counseling, and disabled student services counseling to assist you in developing an educational plan that is compatible with your educational and career goals. We provide an ongoing cooperative partnership between students, faculty, professional counselors, support staff and administrators.
We encourage you to become involved with TNCC student activities and campus life to enrich your TNCC experience. A variety of educational, cultural, recreational, social activities and events are available. While it is vital that you take ownership for your own success, please know that the Office of Student Development is here to provide support for you in your academic pursuits.
Additionally, we encourage you to become familiar with and use the college's resources and services.
