Requirements
- Must show financial need as determined by the Virginia Peninsula Educational Foundation based on being ineligible for state or federal need-based funds
- Must be attending class full or part-time:
- Must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher and for consideration of second year award
- Academic or Certification focus in IT
