MyTNCC Support

MyTNCC provides single-login access to Canvas, SIS, G-Mail, Library Services, etc.



  • Your MyTNCC username is the text to the left of "@email.vccs.edu" in your Email address: yourusername@email.vccs.edu.
  • Work through the 5 security questions as soon as prompted.
  • Clear browser history, cookies, stored passwords if you have issues.

New Student Temporary Password Resets

You are assigned a temporary password for MyTNCC after completing the admissions application. If your temporary password expires before you log in for the first time, call the Technology Helpdesk at (757) 825-2709 to get your password reset.


Your EMPLID is a 7 digit student ID number. Always use your EMPLID when requesting TNCC services; never send a Social Security number by Email. 

  1. Log in to MyTNCC
  2. Click Account Details link in the upper right corner
  3. Click "View My Information" button.
